Americans turned 65. One every eight seconds, more than 11,000 a day, the most in history. Most of them already belong to a credit union that has no idea what to say to them.

We built the system that gives the credit union the words, the workflow, and the revenue. It runs inside a nine-billion-dollar credit union today. We want one long-term property and casualty partner across every credit union we sign.

The moment

She is three months from 65. She has been a member for twenty-two years. She trusts the branch more than her doctor's office.

She walks in with a Medicare question. The person behind the desk, who has known her for a decade, has nothing to offer. So she goes home and calls the number on the television.

That moment happens at every credit union in America, every day, across Medicare, the home she just refinanced, and the life insurance she never got around to. The trust is there. The door is not.

What we built

The door. Already open, already producing.

Why it cannot be bought off a shelf

Four things money does not buy quickly.

Trust is the product.Credit union executives do not buy from a vendor's sales team. They buy from someone who has run their kind of agency. We have, for eight years.
The committee is the moat.Every credit union must take a partner through its risk committee. One approved package, reused, is the difference between 30 days and 18 months.
One signature covers hundreds.League-level agreements remove the per-credit-union negotiation that stalls every competitor.
The revenue compounds.Medicare, life, and property and casualty are renewal businesses. At 92% retention, nine of every ten members enrolled this year pay again next year, and the year after.

Evertree lane. Loan-triggered placement drives the high end.

Illustrative. $450 revenue per enrolled Medicare member in year one and about $229 per renewal; $250 per auto or home policy; life offered at 10% of Medicare appointments at $640 net; 92% policy retention. Overrides, annuities, commercial lines, and new business in year two are excluded.

The partnership

Two lanes. One door.

Evertree

  • Auto and home
  • Mortgage and loan-triggered placement
  • Commercial for member businesses

MedVía

  • Medicare: Advantage, Supplement, Part D
  • Life, annuity, long-term care
  • AI scheduling and the credit union call-center workflow

What the credit union sees

  • One partner, one due diligence package, one onboarding
  • Referrals both ways, revenue share both ways
  • A multi-year, exclusive partnership: Evertree is our property and casualty partner, we are Evertree's life, health, and Medicare partner

One more thing

One signature. Hundreds of credit unions.

The league agreement means we never negotiate credit union by credit union again. Whoever is standing next to us when it is signed inherits the whole channel.

What a yes costs

Nothing. One credit union, thirty days, then we paper the long-term deal off the results.

  1. Day 01

Agree the pilot credit union and the referral lanes in both directions.

  2. Day 07

One combined due diligence package goes to the credit union's risk committee.

  3. Day 14

Branch scripts, launch kit, and the shared pipeline view are live.

  4. Day 30

First Medicare appointments scheduled, first property and casualty referrals placed.

  5. Day 45

Review results together and sign the multi-year partnership.

We are choosing our long-term property and casualty partner now. We would rather it be Evertree.
